Terms

Clear terms. No fine print.

How Birdie works with you, and what you can expect from us.

Birdie is a companion, not a clinician.

Birdie helps families understand healthcare, organize records, and stay in sync. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your care team. Decisions about your parent's care belong with a qualified clinician. Always.

The waitlist, plainly.

Join, and we email you about early access. That is the entire purpose. No spam. No selling. No sharing with third parties. Reply with "remove" any time and your email comes off the list.

The numbers on this site.

Drawn from public research on caregiving, health literacy, and clinical outcomes. Used to show the scope of what families face. Not a substitute for advice from a clinician who knows your parent.

The brand belongs to us. The brand kit is yours to use.

Birdie's name, logo, and copy are ours. The downloadable brand kit is for partners and press, used as designed, with credit. If you are unsure how to use it, ask us.

The full terms are on their way.

Complete terms of service publish the moment Birdie opens to families. Until then, this is what every visitor and waitlist member should know.
